At GenzDeal, we strive to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and tracked.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or stock issues, dispatch may take slightly longer.
    Customers will be notified if any delay occurs.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

Metro Cities 2–5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 3–7 business days
Remote Areas / Villages 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on most products unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Some products may have a minimal delivery charge depending on weight/size.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on selected products and pin codes.

  • A small COD handling fee may be applicable on some orders.

  • Orders placed with COD may go through extra verification to avoid misuse.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp, and

  • You can track your package live on the courier partner’s website.

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts:

  • If the customer is unreachable/unavailable, the package may be returned to origin.

  • Customers are requested to keep their phone switched on for timely delivery.

  • Re-delivery requests may incur additional shipping charges.


7. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

GenzDeal will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing landmarks

  • Wrong pin code

  • Unreachable contact number

If the package returns due to address issues, reshipping charges will apply.


8. Order Not Delivered / Marked Delivered

If your order is marked as Delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery status

  • We will raise a complaint with the courier partner

  • Resolution may take 3–7 business days

  • Replacement/refund will be processed based on courier investigation report

(No instant refunds for “item not received” cases.)


9. Damaged, Tampered, or Open Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered delivery:

  • Do NOT accept the package

  • Take photos & video

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours

We will arrange replacement/resolution quickly.


10. International Shipping

At present, GenzDeal ships only within India. International shipping is not available.


11. Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Festivals & high-traffic seasons

  • Unforeseen courier issues

  • Remote/Rural pin codes

  • Government restrictions

We will notify customers if significant delays occur.
